The Prince George Spruce Kings are pleased to announce the commitment of 2008 born forward Matúš Lukáčik for the 2025-2026 season.
Lukáčik is 6’1, 183 pounds from Martin, Slovakia who spent last season with the Cleveland Barons 16U AAA team. Matúš put up 22 goals and 41 assists over 77 games. He has also represented Slovakia at the U16 level in 2023-2024.
Spruce Kings General Manager Mike Hawes: “Matus is a young player who plays with a lot of maturity. He’s got great size and speed and competes hard in all areas. He’s a great addition to the group, we’re excited to have him joining us.”
