PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Spruce Kings have announced the acquisition of defenceman Michael Adamek (’04) from the Victoria Grizzlies in exchange for Future Considerations.
“We’re excited to add Michael to our lineup,” said Spruce Kings general manager, Mike Hawes. “He plays the game hard and the right way. He will be a great addition to our back end.”
In 16 games played with his hometown Grizzlies this season, Adamek has tallied two assists and 12 penalty minutes. Last season, also with Victoria, he played in 45 games and registered 10 points (three goals, seven assists).
