The house of horrors that is the Town Toyota reared its ugly head again for the Prince George Spruce Kings.
Two second period goals from Jacob Modry and AJ Vanderbeck propelled the Wenatchee Wild to a 3-2 come from behind victory over the Spruce Kings on Saturday.
Ben Poisson and Patrick Cozzi put Prince George ahead after 20 minutes with a 2-1 lead as they outshot the Wild 14-8.
Wenatchee swarmed the Spruce Kings in the third period as they outshot the visitors 13-3 to end the game.
Evan DeBrouwer made 24 saves in defeat while Austin Park picked up the win in net for the Wild.
It was the first game for newly-acquired forward Blake Hayward who picked up an assist in his debut after being acquired from the Coquitlam Express this week.
The Spruce Kings drop to 11-8-2-3 on the season and are a point back of the second-place Chilliwack Chiefs in the Mainland Division.
The team’s three game road trip concludes Sunday in West Kelowna against the Warriors.
