The Prince George Spruce Kings will open their 2018 Main Camp on Friday, August 24th in preparation for the 2018/2019 BCHL Hockey Season.
The camp will see the players participate in a pair of practices and three games over the course of the three days at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena.
The BCHL Finalists have 14 players returning from last years team, and competition is expected to be fierce for the final spots.
Ice times are open to the public and are as follows: (Please use the side entrance to the RMCA due to front lobby construction)
Friday August 24th
3:30 – 4:15 PM – Team Blue Practice
4:30 – 5:15 PM – Team Red Practice
7:00 PM – Team Blue vs Team Red Intra-Squad Game #1
Saturday August 25th
1:00 – 2:00 PM – Team Blue Practice
2:15 – 3:15 PM – Team Red Practice
7:00 PM – Team Blue vs Team Red Intra-Squad Game #2
Sunday August 26th
10:00 AM – Team Blue vs Team Red Intra-Squad Game #3
The Spruce Kings will play a pair of exhibition games the following week, hosting the Merritt Centennials on Wednesday August 29th at 7 PM at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena. Tickets are $5 and available at the door. On Friday August 31st, the Spruce Kings will travel to Merritt to complete the home and home at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena.
