The Prince George Spruce Kings are pleased to announce the commitment of 2006 born forward Matic Perčič for the 2025-2026 season.
Perčič, whose older brother Maks played for the Spruce Kings last season, is 6’3, 220 pounds from Maribor, Slovenia. He played last season with the Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League. Perčič scored 14 goals and added 24 assists in 51 games.
Previously, Perčič played for Kiekko-Espoo U18 out of Finland and has represented Slovenia at the IIHF World Junior Championship U18 Division 1B, and both the U20 Division 1A and 1B events.
