The Prince George Spruce Kings have added on to their donation from Drop the Gloves and Sock it to Em night for St. Vincent de Paul.
On top of the 8 Large Garbage bags that filled half of the delivery van to St. Vincent de Paul, Spruce Kings President David Keough and the Board of Directors have announced an additional $1,000 donation, presented to Bernie Goold of St. Vincent de Paul.
“As part of our 50th Anniversary Season, we want to give back to the community that has given so much to us in the past and continue to support us as we move forward.” announced Keough.
The Spruce Kings would like to thank all of their fans for their support of the Drop the Gloves and Sock it to Em night on December 10th, which saw the Spruce Kings score 39 seconds into the first period to send the bags of warm clothes flying.
