Prince George BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings are excited to announce the launch of their Rep Prep Camp which will be held from the weeks of August 15th-19th and August 25th-29th at the Prince George Coliseum.

The Rep Prep program will be held for the birth-years ranging from 2008-2011. Each ice time will be from 8:15-9:45 PM.

The ice times will be ran by the Spruce Kings coaching staff and will include

• Power Skating – including stride mechanics, edges, balance, and transition skating

• Skill Development – including scoring, puck skills, passing, puck possession, and high skill plays

• Battle & Compete to learn how to gain a tactical advantage
