PRINCE GEORGE BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings are very excited to announce the commitment of forward Linden Makow (’04) for the 2021-22 season.

Makow, from Vanderhoof, BC, is currently a member of the Cariboo Cougars of the British Columbia Major Midget League (BCMML). Makow spent the 2019-20 season with the U16 Cariboo Cougars, where he finished with 23 goals and 14 assists in 26 games played.

“We are excited that Linden has chosen to be a Spruce King. He plays the game hard and has a ton of ability. That combined with the fact that he’s a great young man makes him a great addition to our team” – GM Mike Hawes

“We are very excited to add Linden Makow to next year’s recruiting class. Linden is a fast, gritty, competitive, and a quality human. We believe he has the potential to be a very effective forward in the BCHL and we are glad he chose our program to develop into a future NCAA player” – HC Alex Evin

The Spruce Kings would like to welcome Linden and his family to the Spruce Kings organization!

The Spruce Kings round out their pre-season schedule this upcoming Saturday night against the Merritt Centennials at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena in Merritt. Puck drop is slated for a 7:00 PM puck drop, and you can catch all the action on BCHL TV or listen live on mixlr.com/sprucekings.
