Game Preview | Spruce Kings vs. Centennials | April 28, 2021

Tonight, at the Chilliwack Coliseum, the Prince George Spruce Kings look to string their 5th consecutive win together as they take on the Merritt Centennials at 5 PM. The Spruce Kings are coming off a 3-0 victory over the Centennials back on Sunday night. Corey Cunningham, Nick Rhéaume, and Kolton Cousins all scored for the Spruce Kings, while Kobe Grant secured his second straight shutout in his second start as a Spruce King.

COREY IN THE HOUSE

 Spruce King forward and Prince George product Corey Cunningham was able to find the scoresheet a couple of times on Sunday evening, potting his first goal in the pod, along with a helper, which gave him first star honours. Cunningham sits with seven points in 13 games in the pod.

 

 MILLER TIME

Another forward who found the scoresheet on Sunday night was Rowan Miller. The 19 year old from Scottsdale, AZ had a helper against the Centennials and Miller also leads the Spruce Kings in short-handed markers with two. Miller sits with seven points in 13 games.
