PRINCE GEORGE, BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) are proud to announce the commitment of team captain Bryant Christian to the American International College Yellow Jackets for the 2014-15 season.

American International College (AIC) is located in Springfield, Massachusetts and is a NCAA Division I school playing out of the Atlantic Hockey Conference.

Bryant Christian is a ‘93 born, 5’10” 160 pound forward from Moorhead Minnesota. The twenty year old joined the Spruce Kings after attending the team’s Prospects Camp in 2012. This season Christian finished with 14 goals and 23 assists for 37 points in 45 games.

“We are very excited that Bryant has secured this scholarship,” said Spruce Kings General Manager, Mike Hawes. “Bryant is a tremendous young man, a terrific team player who always led by example and a very good two way player who contributes offensively while still matching up against the other team’s best players every game.”

“Bryant is the type of young man and player that exemplifies the core values that it takes to be a Spruce King,” added Hawes. “It was a pleasure having him here for two seasons and we wish him the best of luck at AIC.”
