Heading into this weekend’s home exhibition set against The Grande Prairie Storm of The Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), The Prince George Spruce Kings have trimmed their roster to 25 players.
After last night’s exhibition game in Grande Prairie the team has reassigned ’99 forward Devin Sutton and ’99 defenseman Kevin Fillier to the Cariboo Cougars of the British Columbia Major Midget League (BCMML), who hold their training camp this weekend. Also ’98 forwards James Gordon and Rob Raju have been reassigned to the defending British Columbia and Western Canadian Junior B Championship team, The 100 Mile House Wranglers of The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL).
Both home exhibition games will be 7:00pm starts this weekend, Friday September 2nd and Saturday September 3rd.
