PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Spruce Kings have traded defenceman Michael Adamek (’04) to the Coquitlam Express in exchange for Future Considerations.
The Spruce Kings acquired Adamek ahead of the BCHL Trade Deadline in January from the Victoria Grizzlies. The blue-liner played in 12 games for the Spruce Kings and registered six penalty minutes.
