The Spruce Kings are thrilled to announce the commitment of forward John Herrington for the 2020-21 season. Herrington, a 5’9 forward from Hudson’s Hope, BC is currently the captain of the Cariboo Cougars of the BCMML. Herrington has also been in 2 games with the Spruce Kings as an affiliated player.
“We are thrilled to add John to our program. He is a very hard working skilled player who plays the game the right way” says GM Mike Hawes. “Alex and I were able to sit with John last week and have a good discussion. He is a great young man who is focused on playing for the Spruce Kings and working towards attaining an NCAA scholarship. We look forward to helping John attain his goals.”
Herrington currently has 8 points in 8 games with the Cariboo Cougars.
