Hometown: South Palm Beach, FL

Shoots: Left

Coming to the Spruce Kings from Canterbury Prep School, Schneider’s speed shows why he had 32 points in 30 games last season.

The forward scored his first BCHL goal in week four when Ben Poisson centred a pass that he was able to tip in from in front of the net. The goal would stand to be the game winning goal with just 3:11 remaining on the clock in the third period against the Trail Smoke Eaters. The victory gave Prince George their first win at home this season.

Billet brothers with Ethan de Jong, the two were paired up with Ben Poisson early in the season, but were split up in late September and all three players showed results. Poisson had a goal and an assist, de Jong had three assists, while Schneider had the game winning goal against the Smoke Eaters.

A number of times Schneider has been able to use his speed to burst down the right wing, and drive towards the net. With more training in the gym, look for him to gain strength and manage to tuck a few of those shots into the net. Schneider was originally born in Highland Park, Illinois, but has since moved to South Palm Beach where he now calls home.
