PRINCE GEORGE BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings are excited to announce that Assistant General Manager and Director Player of Personnel Craig Carter has signed a two-year contract extension.

“I’m very excited to be back in Prince George and continue to build on the past two seasons success and I look forward to also helping shape the future. I wanted to say a big thank you to Mike Hawes and Alex Evin for their continued trust and belief in me.” – Carter

Carter has a very impressive resume, which includes being a scout for the Minnesota Wild, and has spent time in the league with the Burnaby (Coquitlam) Express and the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, before joining the Spruce Kings in April of 2020.

He understands fully, our expectation with the type of player and person we recruit into the organization. It is a no brainer for me to re-sign Craig to another contract.”- GM Mike Hawes

The Spruce Kings would like to congratulate Craig Carter on his extension with the Prince George Spruce Kings Hockey Club.
