The Prince George Spruce Kings are excited to continue their High Performance Youth Skill Development program. Skaters born from 2008-2012 are invited to receive top level instruction from Spruce Kings Associate Coach Colin Minardi. Area’s that players will work on include:

Explosive Stride
Mobility
Passing Technique
Shooting Technique
Puck Control
Puck Protection
Checking
Fakes/Deception

Small Area Games:

Hockey Sense
Decision Making
Game Like situations
Creativity
