The Prince George Spruce Kings are very happy to announce the commitment of Dylan Anhorn to their roster for the 2017/2018 season.
Dylan Anhorn is a 1999 born defenceman who hails from Calgary Alberta and was team captain for the prestigious Calgary Buffaloes Midget AAA team last season. Dylan tallied 5 goals and 20 assists for 25 points in 31 games played for the Buffaloes during league play in the Alberta Midget Hockey League (AMHL).
“We are excited to have Dylan join the Spruce Kings for the upcoming season. Dylan is a high character person and dedicated student of the game who will have an impact both on and off the ice. He is an exceptionally smart defencemen and has the ability to read the play well and exit the puck efficiently. Dylan brings an offensive prowess that will allow him to be a contributor in all areas of the game” said Spruce Kings Head Coach Adam Maglio.
Dylan will join his new Spruce Kings teammates when the team begins their main training camp on Thursday August 24th at Rolling Mix Concrete Arena.
