The Prince George Spruce Kings have traded Defenceman (04) to the Cowichan Valley Capitals in exchange for Future Considerations. Leitch played in 14 games for the Spruce Kings last season after being signed at the Trade Deadline.  

Phangura traded to Bruins

The Prince George Spruce Kings have traded Forward Jagjeevan Phangura (04) to the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange for Future Considerations. Phangura played 33 games for the Spruce Kings in 2021-2022, picking up 2 penalty minutes.
