The BCHL Schedule has officially been released, and the Prince George Spruce Kings are busy planning an exciting season’s worth of promotions at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena in 2019/2020.
The defending BCHL and Doyle Cup Champion Spruce Kings will celebrate their 2018/2019 success on Friday September 6th as they entertain the Surrey Eagles. A full arena is expected as the Fred Page Cup and Doyle Cup banners get unveiled in the rafters. Grab your season tickets or 5-Game Plans to guarantee your seat to that game. Single Game Tickets will not go on sale until September 3rd.
The Spruce Kings will see a rematch of the Coastal Conference Final on Friday September 13th taking on the Victoria Grizzlies, before the visiting Penticton Vees make their lone stop the following night.
The Spruce Kings will see division rival Chilliwack on October 18th and 19th, with the Friday night game featuring the second game of the 5-Game Plan, with a special jersey to worn one night only. It is the first of 3 featured jersey nights next season.
The Fred Page Cup rematch goes Wednesday November 13th against the Vernon Vipers.
The annual Drop the Gloves and Sock it to Em night will be held Friday December 13th at the RMCA, with the second featured jersey being worn, as the Coquitlam Express make their first visit of the season to the Northern Capital.
On Friday, January 17th, another capacity crowd is expected as the Spruce Kings Turn Back the Clock, honouring their past history with their 3rd and final featured jersey, and it’s a game not to be missed against the Langley Rivermen.
24 of 27 home games will take place on either Friday or Saturday nights, with 2 Wednesday’s and a Sunday.
