The Prince George Spruce Kings are excited to kick off their 45th season this week by announcing their training camp schedule and training camp coaches.

Starting Thursday players will sign in, and be assigned to one of three teams all coached by former Spruce Kings. Team White will be led by RJay Berra, Team Red’s coach will be Justin Fillion, and new Spruce Kings assistant coach Ryan Howse will coach Team Blue.

This coming season Fillion will be head coach of the Prince George Midget Tier 1 Cougars.

Ryan Howse rounds out the training camp coaching staff coming off provincial winning year with the Prince George Tier 1 Midget Cougars. He is the newest assistant coach for the Spruce Kings taking over for Jason Garneau.
