Hunter Luhmann

Hunter Luhmann

Position: Forward

DOB: May 2nd 1997

Hometown: White River Junction, VT

Shoots: Right

Following three seasons with Proctor Academy of the USHS, Luhmann then moved to the USHL.  He played with the Madison Capitals for one year, and then with the Waterloo Blackhawks in 2015/16 before joining the Spruce Kings this year.

The power forward is one that can be moved up and down the lineup which has been a great asset for the team. He didn’t pickup a point in his first five games, but in October was nearly a point per game player with nine points in 10 games. With more time learning the systems that Prince George employs, Luhmann still has plenty of head space to grow into a multi-purpose player season.

His dream job outside of hockey is to become an expedition guide at Mount Everest. Being from Vermont, he’s excited to visit Vancouver this year and see the BC coast.
