Registration for the Prince George Spruce Kings 2017 Spring Prospects Camp is Now Open.

From April 7th – 9th, 2017 The Prince George Spruce Kings will hold their annual Spring Prospects Camp to identify potential future Spruce Kings players. Selected players from this camp will be invited to attend our Main Training Camp in August and 25 players, over the past six seasons, were offered cards and played on our team directly from our spring camp.
The camp is held at our home arena, The Rolling Mix Concrete Arena, and is run by the management, coaching staff and scouts of the team and will include a minimum of 5 ice times for each player. Players wanting to attend the camp must be have rep level or junior playing experience and are born from 1998 to 2002. It is our objective to provide players with the environment that not only develops on ice skills, but those life skills that will become necessary in any future career.
Camp registration will be in the arena lobby from 10:00am – 11:00am on Friday April 7th with the first ice time scheduled for 12:00pm. Camp will conclude on Sunday afternoon. You will receive your team placement and camp schedule at registration.
The camp registration form must be filled out, and returned to the Spruce Kings office, via mail, e-mail or fax, before April 6th, 2017. The cost to attend the camp is $225.00 for players and $250.00 for goaltenders. Goaltender spots will be limited and based on a first come basis. Your payment information must be included when you send in your registration form. You will receive a payment confirmation via email once your payment has been processed.
All players are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation to and from Prince George, and while in town for the camp. The Ramada Hotel (250 563-0055) is the preferred hotel of the Spruce Kings and will offer good rates to anyone travelling to Prince George for the prospects camp. They are located one block from the arena.
